Or am I so think pestimistic and that pharmaceutical companies could, but it's habit, because there is money to heal people if they can keep people who buy drugs, which prevents them from fully developing the disease?

Frankly, I think it is a miracle cure exists, but when the world is free of disease, all the operations of health care are still thousands and thousands of millions of dollars.
